Architects challenge woodworkers --
That’s why we like working with you

Architectural panels are the crossroads where the Architect, Woodworker, Veneer Supplier and Contractor meet. That’s why we like to get involved early in project development:

-Assist in suitable veneer selection
-Help develop and coordinate details that work
-Encourage the use of sustainable materials
-Maximize opportunities to meet LEED requirements

The AWI Quality Certification Program (QCP) is a valuable quality assurance tool that benefits both design professionals and owners. The program ensures that custom interior architectural woodwork, one of the most highly visible aspects of many construction projects, meets the rigorous standards set by the Architectural Woodwork Institute.

Certification credentials are earned by woodworking firms who, through comprehensive testing and inspection, demonstrate the ability to fabricate, finish and/or install work in accordance with the quality grade criteria set forth in the Quality Standards Illustrated (QSI) book. S. J. Morse Company is certified to produce premium grade work under Section 500, "Paneling and Related Wood Doors".
